Dash has been popping up in rooms all over BCE. Most recently Dash was spotted in Mrs. Rimkus & Mrs. Peichoto's classroom! The kids QUICKLY discovered a lot of the features that Dash has. Both classrooms started with the apps: Wonder, Go & Path. With very little to no instruction these kinder and 1st graders were moving Dash around with color, sound and speed! Both classes programmed Dash to move in certain directions, make specific sounds and learn new tricks! Plus, there was an added SEL component with the kids working in teams! If you haven't seen Dash yet - you should! Check out this awesome video from Mrs. Peichoto's class. It was their idea to use dash to give each other their word sort words to spell. They recorded their own voices saying the words too.
